I am a Hudson Artist, Art Instructor, Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Instructor, Ohio Licensed Substitute Teacher, have a B.A. in Interpersonal and Organizational Communications,
Avid Volunteer, Wife, Mom of two boys, and a German Shorthaired Pointer named Marvel.

• Designed Mindfulness Art and Meditation workshops for children, teens, adults, families, and businesses.
